Investors can buy directly from a dealer or from a banker who will search the market for the best price. -Daytrading is a newer type of stock trading where traders try to predict minute-by-minute price changes based on computer programs that tell the trader when to buy and sell. These traders might make dozens of trades a day in hopes of making a profit, but daytrading is very risky and traders can lose a great deal of money.
